Elio Pavone accept refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS

Description of the Products

The Products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site, on the day the Customer consults the Site, and within the limits of available stocks.

Great care is taken in the presentation of the Products on the Site in order to meet the requirements of Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. However, the photographs illustrating the Products are only indicative and do not enter into the contractual field.

Indeed, if every effort is made to ensure that the color of the Products, the photos of which are displayed on the Site, are faithful to the original products, variations may occur; in particular because of the technical limitations of color rendering of computer equipment. Consequently, Elio Pavone cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products presented on the Site.

Product availability

The Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. There is no guarantee of availability of the Products presented on the Site. In the event of unavailability of one of the Products ordered by the Customer, the latter will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or of the cancellation of his order.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer only after full payment of the price by the latter.

PAYMENT

Unless the server is unavailable, the Customer may pay for his order after final validation of it on the Site, by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Amex exclusively). The Customer will enter his card number, the expiration date of the card, the name of the card holder and the visual cryptogram (the last three numbers written on the back of his bank card). The customer also has the option of making payments via Paypal.

Payments by check are not accepted.

Figaret Paris reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer, refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from organizations. banking.

The Customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen at the time of validation of the order. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically canceled and the Customer notified by sending an email.

Shipping is FREE above 350€ of product value. We use chronopost and send through Europeen countries.

For country outside Europe, we may use a different shipping company, that involve additional cost for our customers.

All orders which are In-Stock are sent out within 2 working days.

Are the duties and taxes included?

Yes. For United States, Canada, Australia, Europe (including United Kingdom), the product includes duty and taxes so you dont have to pay anything on the receipt of the product.

For other countries, duties are not included in the price of orders and you may need to pay them based on the rules of the country.
